Lan-Tech, Inc now offers phone support to clients through out the United States. Assistance is provided through our remote link which allows the support representative to access the remote system and provide unmatched telephone support. By utilizing remote assistance, problems are resolved much faster.

Normal hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). After hours Emergency support is available by calling the main number and leaving a message at Extension 99. A Support Representative will call back within 30 minutes.
